Get Cyber Essentials Certified
You’ll be seeing the Cyber Essentials logo a lot now, so what is it? It’s a Government-backed, industry-supported scheme to help organisations protect themselves against common online threats such as phishing, hacking and password guessing.
At the moment, it isn’t a legal requirement to be Cyber Essentials certified but it is becoming increasingly common within the supply chain and is a requirement for any Government or MOD tenders.

There are two levels of certification:
Cyber Essentials: This is an online self-assessment questionnaire. To satisfy the criteria set by the certifying body, you will need to provide documented evidence. As certified Cyber Essentials consultants, PT Solutions can help you complete the process and assemble the required documentation.

Cyber Essentials Plus: In addition to the requirements of Cyber Essentials, the enhanced level of certification requires internal and external penetration tests to be carried out for the IT infrastructure that is in scope for the certification.
