Call us whenever you need IT support. We'll simply charge for the time it takes to resolve your issue at our standard hourly rates.

Blocks of Time
Buying support time using our Blocks of Time packages provides you with a discounted package of pre-purchased hours. These packages are ideal if you know you will need on-going support and want to take advantage of our discounted package rates but don't want to commit to an annual contract.
A Block of twelve hours must be purchased upfront, which entitles you to a 25% discount on our Ad Hoc rates
If you need on-going and regular support and want our best possible support terms, then a negotiated contract based on an SLA tailored specifically to your business is the best way to go. Once agreed, simply set up a Standing Order or pay the agreed monthly invoice and we'll be there to support you whenever you need us.
